Install The Wrong Order as an app

The Wrong Order runs right in your browser — but you can also add it to your phone or computer so it opens full-screen from its own icon, with no address bar, just like a normal app. It stays the same website underneath, so it is always up to date and takes almost no storage. Here is how, for each kind of device.

Android phone or tablet (Chrome, Edge, most browsers)

This is the easy one — usually a single tap.

When the dark “Install The Wrong Order” bar appears at the bottom of the screen, tap Install. That is it.
Don’t see the bar? Tap the browser’s ⋮ menu (top-right) and choose Install app (sometimes called Add to Home screen), then Install.

On Android the phone shows its own “Install app?” dialog — tap Install and the icon lands on your home screen.

iPhone or iPad (you must use Safari)

Apple only allows this through Safari — Chrome and other browsers on iPhone can’t install a web app, so open the site in Safari first. There is no in-page button on iPhone (Apple doesn’t permit one), so you do it from Safari’s own menu:

Open thewrongorder.com in Safari.
Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up (⬆︎), in Safari’s toolbar. If you don’t see the toolbar, tap once near the bottom of the screen to bring it back.
Scroll down the panel and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add in the top-right corner.

If Add to Home Screen is missing: you’re probably in a Private tab (it’s hidden there) or a non-Safari browser. Switch to a normal Safari tab and it will appear.

Computer (Chrome or Edge on Windows / Mac)

Look at the right end of the address bar for a small install icon (a monitor with a down-arrow, or a ⊕). Click it, then Install.
Or open the browser’s ⋮ menu and choose Install The Wrong Order…

It opens in its own window with a desktop/dock icon, like any app.

What you get

However you install it, you get the same thing: a home-screen (or desktop) icon, the game opening full-screen with no browser bar, and faster launches. Because it’s still the website underneath, you never have to update it manually — improvements appear automatically the next time you open it. To remove it, just delete the icon like any other app.
